The Fundamentals Program.
This program is for adults aged 16 and upwards with some, or no experience in Jiu-Jitsu. Are you looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense and boost your confidence? Maybe you’re looking for a new sport/hobby, but can’t continue to play rugby or football? Have you tried other Martial Arts in the past, but didn’t enjoy that particular style or weren’t made to feel welcome? Then this program is for you!
The Juniors & Teens Program (10-15)
This program is specifically designed for 10 to 15 year olds with little or no experience in Jiu-Jitsu. Would you like your child to be more active? Maybe you would like them to learn how to set and work towards goals, improve their independence and develop a positive mindset. Perhaps you would like to know that your child has learnt self-defence and has a better level of body awareness and confidence; all of which are life changing skills. Then this is the program for your 10-15 year old!
The Future Champions Program (5-9)
This program is specifically designed for 5 to 9 year olds with little or no experience in Jiu-Jitsu. Would you like your little one to improve their body awareness, fitness and co-ordination through active and engaging sessions? Maybe you would like them to have better focus and concentration through a reward system which will promote self-esteem, confidence and achievement? Would you like them to have lots of fun, naturally improving their social skills and make new friends? Then this is the program for your 5-9 year old!
